STRESS RELIEF AND ELEMENTS OF TIME MANAGEMENT

Abstract:
Stress relief and time management is an integrating workshop that combines English speaking skills and interactive activities.

Based on Stephen Covey’s habits of time management and sharpen the saw, the workshop actually makes trainees work on their time allocation, thus providing awareness of the gap between effective activities and time wasters.

A workshop to identify, talk and become aware of how we use our time.
Participants work on a time sheet, record daily activities and the sharing period that follows helps them reflect on how their time is being used and how they would like to use it.

Covey’s time management four quadrants. How do they feel? What is the language in each? Identify feelings, emotions, and body structure of people in each quadrant.
